Hi there, I'm Jeff!

I've been building things since I was a kid, starting with LEGO and Erector sets, then computers, then websites, then mobile apps. I spent 15 years at Western Oregon University's Research Institute helping nonprofits solve tech problems.

Today I run UpStart Productions, where I help mission-driven organizations use technology that actually serves their purpose. I also make things at Craft NW. Whatever captures my attention at the moment.
